SHIPPING/RETURNS

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

- item(s) have been worn.
- item(s) have been changed, washed, damaged or torn.
- item(s) have been altered in any way.
- item(s) do not have the original tags on them.
- item(s) were a Sale item.
- item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition.

- item can't resale the item.

- items are not in the original condition.

You have 7 days from the day you received your items to review, and if necessary, return or exchange your purchase. You can not ask for an exchange until you have received your item or product. Your package must not be post marked any later than 7 days from the delivery confirmation from the courier company.

​In the case of returns or exchanges, it is your responsibility to return the item(s) to Danye' Francois Paris within the 7 days. In the case of exchanges, Danye' Francois Paris shall send your exchanged items back at no charge, one-time. Subsequent exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Danye' Francois Paris will send you your exchanged item(s) upon receiving your package within 5 business days. If the item you are looking to have exchanged for is out of stock, we shall notify you by email or phone as to the availability of the item. 

Shoes can only be returned for another pair of equal or lesser price. If there is a size issue, the shoes can be returned for the same exact pair or a different pair of equal or lesser price. The merchandise should be in its original unused condition unless if there is a manufacturers defect. In that case you should notify Danye' Francois Paris upon receiving the product.

​To Exchange or return an item(s), proceed as follows:

1. Pack the unworn and unwashed items with Original Receipt - We cannot exchange without the original receipt. There will be no monetary refunds. You can exchange your item(s) with the same item or a item of equal or less value.
2. Email @designersharone@gmail.com for which items you want exchanged. Please be thorough.
